Join us and learn how to make a classic porchetta! In this hands on class. you will learn how we break down our Walden Hill heritage pork, and how to bone out, stuff, roll, and tie your very own porchetta. Each student will go home with an oven ready 5-6lb porchetta.

Charcuterie, cheese, & wine tasting
Join us and our friends from Tavern on State for an evening of wine and cheese pairings! We will be highlighting several wines alongside charcuterie and cheese that we stock at Provisions. A perfect date night idea, or bring some friends and purchase wines, meats, and cheeses to bring home.
Each ticket includes six wine pours and a sampling of imported and domestic meats and cheeses.

Beef 101: Whole Steer Breakdown

The first part of this class will start with one of our talented butchers demonstrating how we go from whole carcass to steaks and roasts ready for the case. In the second half, you will get hands on and learn basic knife skills, going home with steaks that you will cut yourself!
